This Kazuho whisk is handcrafted in the traditional style by artisan Kazuhisa Hirata.
This Kazuho chasen features approximately 70 prongs, ideal for daily use as well as tea ceremony practice. Its slim handle offers an elegant look, especially in smaller hands. The curled tips help create a fine, smooth foam with ease, making this whisk suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

He was born in an old-established artisan family of chasen(whisk) in Takayama, Nara. Takayama has been a famous region for hand crafted chasen for 550 years. He follows traditional style, and gives fresh twists to his creations.
